Gothami Kulasinghe started to venture her journey to the corporate sector in 1978 where she started to work in Rowlands PLC as a cost trainee and within a short period of 8 years she left the firm being the Chief accountant. In 1988 her determination to create employment opportunities for the nation and passion for the apparel sector drove Salgomari to celebrate over three decades of serving the apparel export sector of Sri Lanka while catering to famed brands. Her leadership style and enthusiasm have made her a prominent figure in the apparel industry.

Kithsiri Kulasinghe started his career as an apprentice at Walker Sons & Company LTD in the year 1971. Later he joined Ceylon Cold Stored LTD a subsidiary of JKH PLC and retired after serving for 25 years, where Kithsiri was responsible and contributed in the automation and continuous improvement of the efficiency procedures. In the year 2007 he joined Salgomari as the Managing Director and whilst executing himself as an executive director of the board he oversees the sustainability strategy of the organization.

Gayantha Kulasinghe is the Director Operations, who oversee all the operations of the organization and is responsible for continuous development & quality assurance procedures. Gayantha will also be involved in making timely investment decisions on behalf of the firm and delivering inspired solutions through innovation of business process improvement and automation of manufacturing plants. Being consecutively felicitated on numerous occasions by multiple presidents of the nation for co-curricular achievements at his Alma mater, he joined Salgomari as a young & dynamic corporate leader who spearheads the entire work force of the organization.

Prabodha started his career in the finance sector as a Finance executive in the year 2007 at GE Capital. He rose to the position of Branch manager and Senior branch manager in the years 2011 and 2014. Following his career at GE Capital he joined Bank of Melbourne as a business development manager in the year 2017 and oversee a client loan portfolio of 670 million US dollars. Prabodha is responsible for the finance arm and oversee the compliance standards and protocols of Salgomari.
